  As a recent customer, I observed what appeared to be serious sanitation concerns at this location Wendys. I personally saw roaches in areas including behind the counter, in the dining area, and in the restroom. I have photos documenting what I Because cleanliness and food safety are extremely important, I have reported my concerns to the appropriate authorities so they can investigate. I encourage others to remain mindful of the conditions of establishments they choose to support.

  Waited 20 min for a mobile order we placed ahead of time. The lady at the window was nice and working hard by herself. The manager was screaming at her to be faster while doing nothing. Our food was cold, there was no bacon on our bacon cheeseburgers, and no sauce for nuggets. It couldn’t have been a worse experience

  I would give a lower rating if possible. After waiting 20 minutes for our order, we asked for a refund. We were told to wait a minute by the cashier while she waited on other customers. We finally gave up and left with no food and no refund. We will never eat there again.

  I love Wendy's in Troy Alabama. Always buy chili there when it turns cold. Yesterday, the beans in the chili were as hard as rocks. We couldn't chew them up. I cooked it on my stove some more,too. Like rocks. Where in the world did Wendy's get those beans???? Never had that to happen at Wendy's in Troy. Food is always great..Please dump those beans.
