Got a sub meal today at about 8pm (on a Sunday). The young lady at the front was so kind and helpful. The store was CLEAN and my food was great.

I had an online order arrived after pickup time, wasn’t ready. Then had a walk in costumer. They made his order first then eventually made my order. Finally got my order 20 mins after pickup-up time durning lunch hours

It is insane how slow this place is. I’m a DoorDash driver and twice now, I’ve shown up to pick up an order and they haven’t even started preparing it and when they finally do, there is no sense of urgency and they move slow as molasses. I had to unassign myself from an order today and I will not be accepting anymore from this location. Don’t come here unless you have all day to spare.

Took 30 minutes to get my food with only one person in front of me and then I got sick from my food

1.Unprofessional staff
2. Poor Food Assembly
3. Lack of Management Efficiency
1. Despite one wearing a "Discipline" T-shirt, our service we received was quite the opposite. Both employees were on their phones, and while on those calls, I saw them smile for the first time. We definitely didn't get any emotion while ordering. I could barely hear/understand them because they mumbled every word.
2. When I ordered a "Foot long flatbread with black forest ham." The woman looked at me like I was speaking Russian. She then asked the other woman if they had flatbread. I understand, people can be new, but it felt off that she was on the Frontline and didn't have the general knowledge of what breads they have. She was finishing another sub so the other worker started making my sub. She threw everything on the sandwich very sloppily and uneven. Normally that doesn't bug me, but it was BAD. After finishing assembly, she tried to roll the flatbread as if it was a burrito at Chipotle. I had to stop her and just motion with my hands to fold in half. She did so and then placed the sub in the paper, without cutting the footlong sub in half.
3. Pop up signs on the display case were promoting gift cards when that promotion ended in June. Part of the menu was missing. The "manager" (one who made my sandwich) took orders and ate while behind the line, all while on speaker phone loudly discussing childcare. Multiple machines were seemingly out of order but we're on and running at the same time.
