- RBR BJan 2, 20261.0Well, the pizzas were good, maybe bring topping closer to edge. Raw chicken wings are not included in my daily diet normally. Although the wings were ordered well done, they were undone. Most looked raw and were not even warm internally. Called store next day, they said, "ok". That's it, no apology, no offer to make 8t right. That's alright, I eat a LOT of pizza. As a customer, I have other choices. I love Marco's, Alfonzo's, Mellow Mushroom and now Pizza Roma is nearby too. Delivery girl was very swift and polite.
- DDDeeDec 31, 20252.0I called and placed an order and paid at 7:00 pm after waiting for someone to answer after 10 minutes. The manager indicated it was busy and the order would take 1.5 to 2 hours. As a truck driver waiting to be unloaded I was okay with the wait. I waited for 2 hours before I called to check the status of my order. I was not able to reach an employee but on the call back it stated you can track your order via Domino's App. When I went to check my order it stated my was canceled. I had to literally bobtail to the location and place my order. The manager who originally took my indicated she did not know how my order was canceled after the payment but after negotiating my inconvenience she decided to discount my meal. If Eve was available I know my order would have been handled correctly and delivered.

- RRreedera4Dec 7, 20252.0I placed an online order for pickup last night. Didn't think to check the order before leaving because the receipt was correct. Got home and my order was so screwed up. Wrong cheesy bread, pizza was supposed to be a half/half, but they made it as a whole pizza! Called the store, was on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to contact corporate. Hopefully will hear back from them.within 24 hours, but I will be visiting the store tomorrow! UPDATE: manager said I should have come back last night. I told her I was not going to make another trip out that night. They remade my pizza exactly the same way and she had employee remake it correctly. I guess the third time is the charm there!
