  I ordered online, they canceled it 7 minutes later and won't pick up the phone to explain why. Absolutely pathetic. Do better. Your customer service sucks.

  Order canceled within five minutes of placing store claimed to have no driver while allow orders if you’re not going to have a driver. Now to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. The recent Google reviews show management is not attempting to fix any issues at this store

  I placed an order using the app, paid for it obviously. Got the Dom confirmation and it immediately got cancelled. When I called the store less than a minute after to ask about it. I was told they called me three times. And they are out of items to make my order. No effort to try to fix the issue. Just told me I have to wait 2-3 days for my money back.

  I've gone to this location several times and the only time ive had a half decent experience was when I went super late, like just before close. Every other time has been, well... awful. I ordered through the Dominos app tonight for pick up (drive-thru window) and was estimated to be ready in 13 minutes. I knew that couldn't be right at 6:00 on a Friday night so I waited a while before leaving the house. I got there about 20 minutes after I ordered (which would be 7 minutes after my estimated pick up time) and the order hadn't even been started. I waited for around 20 more minutes in the parking lot. I didnt even bother getting in the drive-thru line because it hadn't moved the entire time I'd been there and I knew from experience at this location that they wouldn't move for at least half an hour. Eventually it said my order was ready in the app so I went inside. There were people inside who'd been waiting since I drive up to the store. One woman said she'd waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and had waited about 10 minutes inside (plus the 20 minutes since she'd ordered). My food was ready thankfully. It's also pretty difficult to get anyone's attention in the store, and all but impossible in the drive-thru. For subpar pizza, definitely not worth the hassle.

  Horrific service. customer service is non-existent and they could care less. They'll tell you your order is coming out in 4 minutes, then have you waiting at the carry-out window for 15 more minutes without so much as coming to acknowledge there's a delay. Then when you finally realize no one is coming back, they look you straight in the face with dead eyes when you come inside to ask what the hold up is. No apology, no explanation... nothing. And the food still isn't ready! It's quite unbelievable to believe you can run a business like that with no consequences, but apparently that's what they believe... and maybe they're right.
