After honking and yelling SOMEONE finally comes to the window to tell me “We aren’t answering the window”. There was no sign at the drive through stating that . I understand they are busy, but there is no excuse. MANY other people sat in the line behind me and one in front of me when i initially arrived. SHITTY service and no common sense whatsoever.

I get there wait a few minutes a few more minutes then after 10 minutes of being at the drive up window. I knock on the window, try waving to get someone's attention, even tried calling no one answered. Then blowed my horn. If I hadn't already paid I would have drove off. I chose the pickup window because I have a toddler who is not easy to get out and go in the store with. What if I was an elderly person who couldn't walk inside. As the car behind me did go inside. This is the 2nd time I have had an issue. After the other time I didn't go back for awhile. Guess I'll go elsewhere for pizza
