There is this one older lady that works there and has been there a few times I've been in there and she is absolutely rude. She constantly seems to have an issue when people come in. Im sorry people want food. If you dont like your job, then why even work there.

Doors were locked at 8:30 and all ingredients were put in the back, and we were told “sorry we just shut down, people don’t usually come in this late”. Do better.

Employee named Anna wasn’t doing her job at all, she kept saying she was trying to refund a mobile order, she resolved nothing. Anna called another employee to come in, her name was carlie. Carlie processed making my two sandwiches, rung me up, and resolved the mobile order issue WITH NO HELP. any subway should be gratified to have her. Not to mention she had just worked a whole shift at the eclectic location. She had to go out of her way to help someone absolutely LAZY.
