Was asked to put our food in a bag so we take our food instead of dining in. Absolutely no one listens. They more worried about what’s going on the cell phone. Cell phones shouldn’t be allowed in a work place. I will not be back. This Wendy’s is damn joke. The bathrooms aren’t clean. To many people standing around. If you got time to stand around and play on a phone you got time to clean. I recommend shut this damn place down and regroup with more people that actually gives a damn about their job.

i try to give a place first opening open an opportunity to succeed and work as a team but this place is ridiculous. i have tried multiple times to use certain codes to get things discounted and my free items and every time i get to the window they close it right in my face not giving me time to hand them my phone charging me then saying i have to scan the code before paying well if they wouldn’t snatch my card out of my hand first maybe i could get my codes scanned it’s ridiculous Wendy’s do better

This is what Thomasville Alabama really really needed. To be honest, everything from the employees and the food is outstanding. People have to understand about the new employees. It's takes time for them to get use to the new restaurant so have some patience with the employees. But all the frosty are really good. Another thing customers needs to download the Wendy's app. You can gain points on it for free food as your points adds up. Right now I have over 500 pts. So please do so ASAP.
