I came in late one night and they had already poured out the iced coffee which I understand they have to do what they got to do to get ready to close. But let me tell you something! Sierra was so sweet and she did an amazing favor and made me an iced coffee from scratch and I know that it took her a little bit to do it and also delayed her from getting out of work when she was supposed to but she did what she was supposed to do and that was to please the customer. She went above and beyond and she was so gentile and you could tell she really loved to wait on me... I am here to say this McDonald's had better promote her to upper management or they're going to lose a really really good employee to somebody who comes along and gives her a better job. She is an amazing person and I was absolutely blown away by her level of service. I work in fine dining in Tuscaloosa Alabama and I will tell you that if it was in my power I would hire her on the spot! I just wish that there were more Sierras in the world! Thank you girl you did a great job and I hope your life goes very well for you and God bless! See you soon
