Went this evening for dinner. Onion rings were the only thing that was good. Staff was unfriendly. Don’t get the open hot roast beef. It’s pot roast not roast beef. Asked what they put in the French dip and she said sliced roast beef. Exactly roast beef not pot roast. HUGE difference. Pictures below are not their food-only for reference. Picture on left is what they call hot roast beef. Picture on right is what an actual hot roast beef plate looks like . My chicken fried steak (which is frozen mystery meat) was not even hot. Clearly had been sitting there for while before it was served . It was just luke warm when it was brought out to me. Sent it back and they clearly just microwaved it a little. Very slow service. They do not check on you during your meal. When expressed dis satisfaction they don’t even try to correct it. No one came to talk to us about it. They did not even offer to take any thing off the bill. I would have loved to give her a nice juicy tip which i usually do (i used to wait tables when i was young) but just $5 was all i could give and that was hard for me to leave. Unfortunately will not revisit this establishment. Sounds like there are alot more others out there who feel the same. Honestly would have been much happier and McDonald’s or Burger King. But after reading

First time in years since we ate there and it's still very good food and nice portions..the tea never hit the bottom of the cup so that's a good thing

The atmosphere is fantastic. That's it. Most of the menu is fried. I tried the liver and onions, which took 45 minutes. It was tough, grisly and had no onions. Husband had the chicken fried steak, which was a freezer burned hamburger patty, battered and deep fried. He took 3 bites, it tasted terrible. We returned the meal and asked to have it removed from our check. The staff refused even a partial refund and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay the entire bill. Terrible customer service.

The absolute worst. The service was slow the food was not as we were told. I sent it back after trying to eat, I stopped after about 1/4 of one patty of the chicken fried steak. They charged me for the entire meal threatening to call the cops if I didn't. The waiter can't adjust the ticket had to call the manager which refused to make it right. The so called owner was very rude and demanded I pay the full amount telling me how the law works here.
Avoid this place
