  Y'all do not waste your time with this place. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK It needs to go out of business. The service is absolutely awful and we've lived here for three years and watched this place get run into the ground by poor management. So first off the brisket is gone and has been but the manager refuses to take it off the menu and the workers apparently don't even know what's in stock because tonight they charged me for a brisket meal and intentionally gave me a cold turkey sandwich AFTER THE CHARGED ME FOR THE BRISKET. INSTEAD OF A REFUND I GOT TWO FRESHLY MADE COLD BEEF N CHEDDARS The chicken sandwich wasn't even edible because no one could bite thru the chicken. My family's dinner was ruined for the last time by this place. Biggest waste of $30 and I'm not ashamed to tell everyone to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT THIS FOOD TASTES LIKE DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISGUST because that's how it's made. A store full of adults being managed by an adult has failed miserably at life and Arby's should be ashamed their logo in on this building. Filing a complaint with Arby's corporate with pictures and all. Right now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT EAT HERE READ MORE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DO

  Ordered through the app, and when we arrived they were out of almost everything, no Coke, no Dr Pepper, no chicken sandwiches, no Reuben, etc. The app should reflect what’s actually unavailable so customers don’t waste time driving there. On top of that, it was extremely difficult to get a refund. The store told us to handle it through the app, but the app directed us back to the store. That kind of back-and-forth is frustrating and unnecessary. No one answers the phone, and the staff is unhelpful. I rarely go to Arby’s, and now I know why. Do better.

  Classic roast beef was fresh and hot. The potato cakes were cooked perfectly too. The cashier was very nice and added the Arbys sauce requested.
