  Pulled up at 10:30 pm, the sign on the door says they close at 11:00 pm. There were 2 workers running around goofing off outside when we pulled up. Got to the speaker pressed the red button and as soon as I did that, they turned off the lights and then proceeded to tell me they were closed. I politely tried to ask them why just bc they’re not supposed to be closed yet. She wouldn’t answer and as soon as I started to drive off the lights came right back on. This place is actually the worst place in town on customer service and really needs someone to put them in line.

  Food was fine for a drive thru/pickup, wait was a long time for two milkshakes, needed some cleaning around the property

  Always a favorite, and cant beat the happy hour prices. Wish Alexander city had gone ahead with building one on 280. The old location was not a good place for one.

  The food is always good as well as the service. They just always have a lot of ordering windows that are out of order.

  Don't know how any of service was. Got there on 2/17/26 at 9:55. Pressed button but was told they were closed. We told them their website said 11pm close time but got no response. There was an employee inside counting money but there were several other cars in the ordering spots waiting
