It was a slow Saturday night and we ordered basic items on the menu including chicken strip baskets, a burger basket and a birthday cake shake. While ordering, the guy behind the counter skipped over my wife, and ignored her when she made her order. He stared at me and expected me to speak on behalf of my wife. We waited 30 minutes on the food and the entire 30 minutes, the staff in the back were at eachothers throats because they were short staffed and staffed with inexperienced workers. When the food finally came, my shake wasn't even what I had ordered. The chicken strips were RAW. We saw PINK in these uncooked strips. The final cherry ontop was the dark brown hair that I found in my overly seasoned ranch chicken (barely edible). After getting the only employee who spoke english, we ended up demanding a refund on our meals and walking out. I will NEVER go to this location again.
