After we had to say hello for the third time a lady came over the speaker to take our order. As we pull up to pay and get our order we were told to pull to first parking spot and that they will bring it out. We waited there for 11 more minutes. Meanwhile 2 other cars pulled through and received their meals fairly quickly. When the female came out with our order she had the rudest attitude. Never spoke at all. I said Thank you and she threw up her hands, rolled her eyes and walked back into the restaurant. The sandwiches were cold so I knew that they were not freshly made. My husband and I were completely shocked with the actions and rudeness of this one employee. We will never be back to Arby’s In Sylacauga.
