- NSNikki SmithMar 3, 20231.0My daughter just left there... she ordered a sweet tea and Dr pepper and when she got to the window they informed her they didn't have sweet tea or the Dr pepper, so obviously since she paid for both drinks she asked for her money back on the drinks where the girl said no. And it would take 20 minutes to brew a tea. And my daughter hates conflict and it took everything in her to ask about her money back. This was her n her husband's dinner and they don't splurge often and both deserve to splurge all the time. So I'm here to say if a customer asks for a refund for the item she paid in full for and u don't give her just give the refund!!! Very poor customer service there!! Do better subway do better
