Not only that, but the attitudes of the employees that work the windows are awful. No friendly greeting at the speaker, the window employees make me feel unwelcomed and just uncomfortable. They just toss your food at you without saying a word. I work at Jack’s right across the street so I know what it’s like working customer service, and I know that having a friendly, welcoming attitude is one of the most important things not only for business but for reputation. Do better McDonald’s!!
