- ASalexis smithDec 23, 20251.0I have been coming to this subway on my lunch for well over a year but that ends today. The food has always been great and the staff friendly. The prices are unreasonable but that has nothing to do with the associates so I only come if I have coupons. Normally I use the code on the coupons to place a mobile order but the page that was sent out a few days ago no longer have the codes. You can only use them in store. After I have ordered and I’m checking out I was told that they do not accept coupons. I have to order through the app to receive the discount…. with coupons that you can only use through the app that have a code… that no longer have codes 🤣. Once again not anything that the associates have control over. I do however believe a note needs to be posted that people can see BEFORE ordering. Especially before you’re cheated out of food considering I ordered an American Club which comes with extra meat and cheese that I did not receive but did not complain about it since I thought I was about to get almost a 50% discount.
- MMMichael MooreSep 20, 20253.0Visited this location today, not my best Subway experience. The store was clean and the employees on duty were polite and well manored. The young lady that made the Club I ordered did a fine job on it. When I started to pay the coupon I was mailed and stated good until October and presented was refused. I was told they do not honor the Subway coupons. If I had been a young man with a big family on a tight budget this could have created a major problem. If the restaurant is not going to participate there should be a sign posted on the door stating they are not participating before a customer enters to place an order. Some people may not be able to afford smart phones with Apps.
