Ordered a bacon cheese burger with only bacon and cheese. They put lettuce, pickles, and their “house sauce” on the sandwich. Went back for a remake instead of them remaking my sandwich. They took the easy/quickest way out. They just changed out the bun, took the extras off, and handed the sandwich back to me. The sauce was still on the meat, and you could see where the pickles were on the sandwich after they took them off. I could’ve been allergic to pickles for all they know. I then went back for a refund. The guy at the window just told me “it’s done” with no apology or anything. “It’s done?” Is what he said. I guess that means I was refunded, but no receipt was given for proof of refund, so I’ll just take his word for it, I guess.
