  What I don't understand is that I went to get a sandwich today,first time goin to this location,I was not giving a bag to put my sandwich in,I was handed my sandwich and receipt only, but the customer behind me did, of a different race,make it make since.

  Ordered ahead and selected the cash option. When we arrived, the sandwich wasn’t ready. Not a good experience

  We ordered two giant subs. One was supposed to be toasted. They forgot to toast it. The soda machine did not work. It took over 15 minutes for them to get it back to working properly. The iced tea was watered down. The one staff worker was kind and apologized. The store looks as though it’s been neglected. Staff was friendly but seemed very disorganized. Would not go back.
