  I am beyond livid right now. I placed an order through the app on 2/28/26 @ 12:42AM and picked it up at the drive-through. When I got to the intercom, I made sure to tell them I had an app order and specifically mentioned that I made customizations. I asked them to please pay attention and look at those details (because the last time I came here, they completely messed up my order by including ingredients I had specifically told them to leave off). Because of that experience, I made a point to ask them to please look at the customizations this time. They said yes. I got to the window, got my food, and before leaving the restaurant, I did a quick glance at my food. I looked at the Nacho Supreme Dip I got and made sure that it was just cheese and beef; from a glance, that’s what it looked like, so I headed on home. I live about 20 minutes away from this Taco Bell. I’ve just got home and got comfortable in my bed to eat my food, and what do I see? THE NACHO SUPREME DIP WITH EVERYTHING I DID NOT WANT!!!! (Pictured below) Obviously, I found out later that the cheese on top was just hiding the rest of the ingredients I requested to be left off, underneath it. It was the complete opposite of what I asked for. Lord, how hard is it to read details on an order?!!!! Does it not pop up on the screen?! What’s the point of customizing an item in your order if the customizations won’t be followed? This should’ve been simple because it’s less items you have to put into making it. You would think it’s easier. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The last time it was a much bigger item, Nachos BellGrande, in a bigger container so it was obvious that it had more than just meat and cheese, when I checked my food and I had to turn around and go back in the drive-thru to have them fix it. How many times is this going to happen? I guess I’ll have to start going through every single item as soon as they hand me my food, right in front of them, so I don’t leave with my items being prepared incorrectly. I’m extremely upset and disappointed because I can’t even eat my food now and there goes my meal. I was starving which is why I went to Taco Bell in the first place, now I’m left starving. Ridiculous. There is even a recent review from someone who had a similar experience after customizing their items through the app, so clearly it’s a repeated offense. Do better. PAY ATTENTION!!!!

  I eat here weekly for lunch, it close to work a convenient. I always order the same thing.. #2 soft shell, somehow they very rarely get my order correct, when they do the food is great! But the service is horrible!!!!!!!! The attitudes this staff has is beyond me! How hard is it to tell someone “you’re welcome”… I’m handed my drink, I say thank you.. nothing… handed my card back, I say thank you…. Nothing… handed my food, I say THANK YOU… ONCE AGAIN….. NOTHING. If you hate your job so much you literally work in fast food you could easily go to another restaurant where you’re valued and a better fit. Attitude and atmosphere changes everything. STAFF DO BETTER.

The app offered me $10 as compensation but I still feel the store should be held accountable when it tells you on the screen what was customized and how
