    I drove to Taco Bell expecting a quick stop, only to be told they were cash only, so I had to drive over to my bank next door to get cash before returning. When I got back, they told me they were out of several items — including the nacho cheese tacos I actually wanted. Honestly, it felt like they were hoping I’d just leave instead of ordering, but I don’t like most of the items they were out of anyway, so I went ahead and ordered cool ranch tacos. I made it very clear I wanted them plain, no lettuce, which is always how I get my food. When I got home, every taco had lettuce. My order was simple and straightforward — nothing complicated — so this should have been easy, but it wasn’t. It’s especially frustrating when you make a clear request not to have something in your tacos, only for them to put it in anyway. After all the hassle, it left me really annoyed.

    I picked up an Uber eats order tonight during a time there were slammed busy. Jessica was amazing! I don’t know if she is the manager but she should be! I was fascinated with how quickly and efficiently she worked under pressure while providing excellent customer service! Thank you, Jessica!
