Got all the way home only to find out none of our orders were correct. Sour cream where it was specifically asked off, no nacho cheese on nachos, not sure what’s the point of offering modifications to food if you don’t actually provide the correct modifications. $30 absolutely wasted. Save the trip and just go to the Attalla Taco Bell if you use the mobile app.

The receipt was correct but the food was not. I feel bad for the staff because the manager instead of jumping in to help just wanted to yell at everyone, not how you handled that situation. Multiple people also had the wrong order all from the drive through. At this point I will not be eating at this location ever again sad because I love Taco Bell.

Doesn’t matter if you go in for a to go order, or, drive thru. I suggest you check your order before leaving. 9 out of 10 times they are going to short you food. Or, completely give you whatever. It’s always been a poorly managed.
