Well this past Monday, I was on my way to work with my friend, and I had ordered two McDoubles, a Medium Coke, and a Double QP w/cheese plain. We waited on Monday for nearly 20 minutes in the penalty box only to be served the wrong order entirely. We work at Honda so we aren’t allowed to be late to work for any reason. So I kindly explained to the manager on duty that we received the wrong order, handed back the food, and asked to be recompensed the following day. So yesterday, went back through to get the food we had not received yet on our way to work again. So we get pulled up to the penalty box again, only to receive the wrong order, AGAIN (got an apple pie and a medium fry instead of what we were supposed to get). So I waved down the drive thru attendant and asked again for my order to be corrected in a respectful manner. Should have checked it again before leaving, but it looked right so we took off. Well this time they got th two McDoubles correct, but the big sandwich was still wrong (supposed to be DQP with cheese, received SQP all the way). Also the drink was supposed to be a coke and received a Dr Pepper instead. Needless to say I’m very disappointed and upset with the service and want the situation rectified as I still have not received the right order and my buddy threw his sandwich away so I can’t even prove anything to them at this point. Won’t be going back there for a while otherwise.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me by refunding what I had accidentally paid for. I would recommend this location for sure.

The food came out fast and hot and they were very busy, and the food was delish!! Also the grinch was there today!! 12/13/25
