- NBNikki BolducNov 5, 20251.0Once upon a time, this McDonald’s actually knew what a mocha was… but those days are long gone. I’ve given this place too many chances, and somehow the food and drinks just keep getting worse. My “hot mocha” tasted like straight espresso and burnt dish foam...no mocha, no whipped cream, just sadness in a cup. When I tried to get it fixed, it came back the same way. And don’t even get me started on the food lately. Half the time it’s thrown together like they assembled it mid rollercoaster, the other half it’s so old and dry even the sweet tea can’t save it. 🤣💀 I finally drove five minutes farther to the McDonald’s near Avalon... and guess what? Perfect mocha, fresh food, friendly people. So yeah, skip this one unless you enjoy playing fast and loose with your appetite.

Even a bit Be faster, if I order ahead...it should be started at least..not started ten minutes after I arrive? Also... Remove the shoes from the lobby, get the outlet working behind the coke dispenser so there's no extension cord, and spring for the zevo traps... The bug tape hanging from ceiling is very tacky and a turn off from eating there
- KBKatie BooAug 17, 20251.0Literally waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker, then the girl taking out order rang up something totally different than what we had asked for, when I pointed it out, she said yeah I know, they'll fix it.... Uhh okay... My sister and I ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, with 2 large waters... Got to the window to pay, waited 7 minutes before anybody even opened the window, gave us our waters, which were yellow & then told us that we had to pull up, all while being on their cell phone. Never once even made eye contact. We pulled up, waited 5 minutes, the guy that walked the order out to us was on his cell phone the whole time and never said a word, just shoved the bag at us. Then to top off the already bad experience, the freaking sandwichs had NO egg on it. We paid more money for the egg & didn't even get it. As a manager of a fast food restaurant, I'd be horribly embarrassed if my employees acted in the way that these ones did. I would also be looking for new emplyees
