  The most awful McDonald ever. Very supper slow with lazy staffs. The doors were locked and had drive thru only. After 30 mins waiting in the line, they didn’t have the item and we had to wait 20 more minutes to pass the cars in front. It’s better to close this location for ever unless you hire some good staffs.

  We had to wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru the machine was broken, and there wasn’t a exit so we had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for nothing with no exits

  Ordered a sausage McMuffin, no sausage. Received a sausage McMuffin, no egg. And it was written on the receipt.

  This is the worst McDonald's ever. The managers are very rude and they do not want to do their jobs and they always have an attitude when you order anything. And we were just ordering my son at 10 pice chicken nugget meal and 2 big Mac meals.

  I go to McDonald's and I should have known better because I go to order my food after sitting there for 10 minutes and im trying to tell this girl what I want and she gets loud and smart with me it's the girl with the long fake hair she should be fired on the spot but it don't even surprise me I acept this from this McDonald's in valley Alabama I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone it's a damn shame that u can't go get something to eat without putting up with smart mouth people she better be glad I've grown up some because back in the day she would be eating out of a straw for the rest of her life
