  Young lady behind the counter had an ill attitude, then she informed me they didn’t have Swiss cheese for my sub. Needless to say, I left without my sub (should’ve let her build it before I walked out.

  Stopped at this location to pick up 2 doordashes. When I pulled up I noticed the employees had pushed chairs in front of the door. When I opened the door and told her that I was there to pick up 2 door dashes she told me she didn't know what to tell me but she was closing because they were closing at 7. My issue is that it was before 7. She was closing the store early when she clearly still had orders to do. She's not the one that had to explain this to the customer so what does she care. This location needs to hire people that want to work.

  This place is terrible for online orders don't do it. I ordered lunch and picked it up got shorted a sandwich and my cookies and was told I could come back after work since I obviously could not just make my lunch longer at work so I go in after work and they say we were not here then we can't do anything about it so im out my $12 for a sandwich and my money for my cookies and they don't care thanks for leaving a note 1st shift will not be back to this store for sure

  Placed an Express Pickup on line at 7:10 pm and said that order would be ready at 7:30 on the app. I sat in my car for 20 minutes before coming inside the store. Came inside the store at 7:30 when I was notified by my app that my order was ready and they hadn't even started my order. He said that he was working on them. My order was not made per my order. My order was wrapped and bagged at 7:52 pm. not at 7:30 per my app. 😠😠
