  Frustrated and experience is based on multiple situations during my weekly Arby dinner tonight. Having sign up for their apps and my whole family also with the app usually works great for new menu items and promotions.And considering we are large family household with 3 adults and 4 kids it really helps sometimes to keep the weekly arby night out affordable. But tonight as i tried to order the $5 box of fries was s horrible,and rude experience from the older aged lady who talk to me like i was stupid for thinking this promo text was realnand that i was trying to order. She then ask me to get my truck and drive to her window so she can see the text message from Arby's . So thinking she was going to honor the advertisement promo that was advertised all over media andand online. Instead she shows her frustration snd tells me again nothing she can do there no promotion fir the fries if i have issues to contact corp office and basically dismisses me withnonoffer of solution beside her being right me wrong. I ask why did she even have me drjve up to show her the text if she never planned on helping resolve. Anyway this is now the second negative interactions over past month the other was waiting over 25min for a turkey sandwich combo inside waiting area for a online order pickup that was submitted hour earlier to give time and i arrived few minutes before the order timeframe.therr was nobody eating inside but doordash people coming and going as i was waiting and srive thru moving. As much as our family enjoys arby night we are considering swapping to different places that maybe wont talk down . Im posting online because couldnt find a number to call like the employee told me to.

  An overlooked joint, I think it’s better than McDonald’s and many other chains that get more attention. Better food good service. The gyro and Italian beef dip were great. I see wild caught fish sandwich on the menu for $5.49 which is a much better option than so many competitors.

  My wife and I have ate at this Arby's several times. The service is great and the food is number one. Place is very easy to get to and we are very satisfied. Friendly atmosphere and the the associates that have taken my orders are superb. We like coming to eat here and will be back again. This Arby's deserves a six star!
