  Me and my mom order a drink and 2 corn dogs and we have sat here for over 30 minute and still haven’t gotten our order and the workers don’t even look happy to even be at work

  Awful service. I've lived here 13 years and ordering at the drive up takes forever! Takes workers 15 minutes to answer. Today was the last straw. We ordered online on the way to sonic from 5 minutes away. 5 drinks and all of them would come straight from a machine. We are STILL waiting and have been here 45 minutes. Finally pushed button and they AGAIN took forever to answer. Told us that they were out of slushy and I guess they just weren't going to tell us that?!?! And since we've already paid we're just stuck here. And it's not like they didn't see us, I'm sitting right in front of the windows and the same workers have been standing in the same spot for basically the entire time we've been here!!! NEVER EVER EVER come here, you will deeply regret it.

  Sonic’s is horrible in Selma. You have to wait 20 minutes for them to get your order then wait damn near an hour for food. This is ridiculous

  The employees take absolutely too long to answer the intercom kiosk to take customer's orders and they take too long to bring the items ordered outside to the customers as well....

  I could not find a stall that worked. They people here are not polite anymore. Service here is awful. We will not be back!!!!
