    The food at Scottsboro Wendy's is always excellent. All of Staff Is very very nice, most All will share a Smile and ackknowlege When you walk up to counter. Thank You Scottsboro Wendy's.

    Went here yesterday and there was the sweetest lady,about 60 years old, working the front lobby. Could tell she had just started because she was so nervous. I ordered the new sparkling energy drink and she didn’t know how to make it. She continuously asked her co workers for help and after the third one she asked finally got some help.. but with a terrible attitude! Can I just give this woman credit for trying, even when no one wanted to help! And what a sad place for her to be in every day and they should really work on their team work!

    This place is terrible. I had to have surgery today. All I wanted was a cheesy bacon baked potatoes and some fresh nuggets and a frosty. There's hardly any cheese on my potato. I've been eating these potatoes for years, they always have a cheese sauce and shredded cheese and bacon. They also always come with a thing of butter. The "manager" tried to say it only gets one scoop of cheese, blah blah blah. I dont even know what one scoop is. I know what I always get and between barely any cheese and nasty, cold and old nuggets, I won't be back and neither will anyone I know. We're paying too much for this crap not to be cooked and served correctly.

    Stopped by here today and ordered Dave's Single with Cheese Combo and the burger was overcooked, tough and frankly it was flavorless, I even added salt and pepper but it didn't help. The fries were good and the employees were friendly and professional. Some of the tables needed cleaning as well, I also bought a large chili to go for later as I've always liked it and that would be the only reason I would go back, well maybe for a Chocolate Frosty too.
