  Took 40 minutes for my food to not even show up. Wouldn’t even look at me to communicate with me to let me know it was cancelled. Terrible communication on he staff end, advise everybody else to go down the road.

  I am beyond disappointed and wish the employees at this Taco Bell could get an order right. I have gone on multiple occasions and they have messed up.

  CITY MORGUE That's the name of this place, yes thats right I called to complain, and they knew it was coming because of how the boy at the window treated me. A girl answers the phone " City Morgue" and then repeats it. I know there isn't a city morgue... I call back, same girl answering as before, this time she is appropriate. I asked her why she did that and of course she denied that she had answered that way. It's ridiculous how people act these days. The person at the window asked me to check the screen for accuracy after I placed my order. I COULD NOT FIND the screen. I guess I thought I was at McDonald's with their big screen. In stead of directing me on where to look he tells me to pull to thecwindow. My ordere was not correct and he told me I had to go back around and get back in the drive thru to get my order fixed! Not good business, it would not have taken a minute for him to just do the right thing. Oh, yeah thats right, doing the right thing is mostly in the past or with the older generation just like common sense it too is a rarity.

  They have really improved in staff and service from beginning of year. Today service was fast, staff was very nice, food was wonderful. Great work on improving everything this year.

  I cannot say enough how much I love this Taco Bell and will rant all day long about how wonderful everyone is and the amazing service they provide. I’ve been faithful to this Taco Bell for years and will keep coming back every week for more food. Give everyone a raise and free food. Give everyone many kudos. I love all of you. I ate nothing today and stopped by for dinner and I have never felt so strongly about any food I’ve ever eaten at any restaurant ever. It’s better than a Michelin star restaurant and no one can change my mind. I got a chalupa, a soft taco, the best double decker taco I’ve ever had, and fiesta potatoes. I highly recommend and enjoy all of it. Even their diet sodas are a step above anyone else.
