  Waited 10 minutes which might would have been ok if my order was right or at least hot.!!! Burger was dry and cold got cold Fry's and was supposed to have tots very disappointed in the local Sonic this will definitely be another place I don't go to often and that sucks cause they're the only place I actually liked their burgers and now it's questionable so won't be taking the chance most of the time

  They usually get out order correct and the food is typically hot and fresh. Every once in a while there's a hiccup when receiving our order or the food is subpar, but mostly it's a good place to eat.

  I moved here from Jasper Tennessee. The food quality in Scottsboro isn’t near as good. For example, tonight my wife and I had hotdogs. We were very disappointed due to very dry buns and tough hotdog. I like the Sonic brand and would like to continue as a customer. I all that someone please do an audit periodically by eating your own food, to evaluate your quality and then visit the Jasper sonic for reference. Thank you

  Took about 5 times to get our order correct and was being a smart ass when we tried to get more sauce. Can’t listen and just straight up rude service. Management needs to train better and stop hiring individuals that can’t communicate clearly or understand clear instructions when it’s on the receipt.
