We were very disappointed due to very dry buns and tough hotdog. I like the Sonic brand and would like to continue as a customer. I all that someone please do an audit periodically by eating your own food, to evaluate your quality and then visit the Jasper sonic for reference. Thank you

Management needs to train better and stop hiring individuals that can’t communicate clearly or understand clear instructions when it’s on the receipt.

Food was ok, but y'all need to get that girl off the window if she's going to steal from your customers.
