    10 minutes to get my order taken. 15 to 20 minutes for the food! Person that served me was nice and professional. Two people came in the door complaining about there food order being wrong. Not a good sign.

    I stopped while passing through for lunch. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich combo and it was good. The sandwich could have been a little hotter, but is was like warm. The fries were hot and fresh. The lady at the cash register was very polite and mademe feel welcome. The restaurant itself was very clean and presentable. It was a pleasant experience and I would come.

    This is a great Arby's location. Staff (especially a very polite young employee named Andrea) is very friendly and customer service oriented. They are quick to respond and seem genuinely concerned with ensuring customers are well taken care of.
