    Made an online order. It took $66 out of my partners bank account TWICE, but the order disappeared. No order number, just money loss. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone to fix the problem. The phone line for customer assistance goes to a whole different company. I can't find who owns this franchise. So as of now we are just out $133! To say im angry is an understatement

    Outstanding Experience! I stopped by Tropical Smoothie today and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. My smoothie was perfect — cold, blended just right, and full of flavor. The customer service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and fast, and it really made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in what they do because everything came out quickly and tasted great. It’s rare these days to find a place that gets both the food AND the service right, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

    I came to this location and got a wrap from their menu. Shortly after receiving my food I found a long hair wrapped in the food, I called the store back for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one without my receipt and I then told them I had the paper with the time stamp I was at the store (Not even 10 minutes before) and the woman who answered was BEYOND rude stating “I don’t know what you want me to do about that. You were gonna turn around for a refund but can’t turn around to have it remade?? I don’t understand that” Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Safe to say I will NOT be returning to this location.
