Unfortunately reliant on the stations soda fountain, which regularly has issues with producing ice. Customers also have to call the employees out of back for service, sometimes.

Not even 1 minute later I call to see if something can be done because they “already made it” but yet it was set for 12:40 and that happened at 12:28. And the manager and the person who picked up basically said no and there is nothing they can do. Now I’m at work and they took my money. I will be calling corporate.
