I’m trying to help you. You’re breaking a federal law!! Put up a sign and train your employees like a responsible business owner. If service dogs are not allowed in your store please post a sign. If it is a local law fine but that is not going to be helpful to people that are traveling and not from this area. Although I am fairly certain the American Disabilities Act has requirements for this type of situation.
