    Went in to order the same thing I’ve been getting. A number 8 no lettuce or cabbage. The cashier said she didn’t know how to do that. She went and got a manager. The cashier said she claims they did it last time to the manager like I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. I said they did and apparently they can’t do it is what the manager said but I had no problems any other time. I think some people are just incompetent. Like seriously you mean to tell me if someone was allergic or just didn’t want it you can’t take it off I doubt that. Which by law you have to take it off for allergies.

    Location should be called Chick-fil-NAY. I'm sure like most people, any Chick-fil-A you have visited has been a positive experience. That cannot be said for this location. Of the 2 times I've visited this location there has been an issue, mind you this is Chick-fil-A, not McDonald's so you have an expectation that it is done with 'their pleasure'. First time our order was not complete; not a big deal, it's a new restaurant, there are going to be some hiccups. Was refunded thru the app for items not received. Second time... Mobile order. Sometimes patrons behind you in the drive thru will receive their order first, again I get it, they probably don't start your order until the QR is scanned, so a wait can be expected. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10...11 cars received their orders over a 25 minute wait before us. I can clearly see some are larger orders than ours. Two minutes before we get our order a manager nonchalantly approaches the car behind us, which has maybe been there 10 minutes as multiple people behind us had already left. Manager says he's sorry for the wait and gives us a gift card for a free BASIC sandwich... We are waiting on a $40 order that included 3 spicy ranch sandwiches. You can't even comp me for the sandwich I paid extra for!? He claimed because it was a 'special' order there was a delay. YOU LITERALLY ONLY SELL CHICKEN. Grilled or breaded, spicy or not... You're telling me that NO ONE else ordered the sandwich that yall are pushing so hard right now?? I am the only person that bought a spicy sandwich?? Had the manager approached with a response I probably would have left happy. He could have literally said "Hey, I'm sorry about your wait, let us take care of dessert, here are 2 milkshakes on the house." I would have been happy with the outcome. I'm 99% sure they forgot about us and gave the order away. The manager still had the chance to turn this into a better experience but failed. I will literally be going to the Schillinger location, 20 minutes out of my way, to avoid this location from now on.

    Upon entering the new establishment in Saraland it was very clean outside and when I opened the door it had a lovely scent not food but something that made my noise dance. I was picking up my order and I must say SABRINA was the sweetest most professional team member ever. She ensured I had everything I needed even when I came back in she wanted to make sure my order was right which it was just forgot a bag of ice. Great team work and thank you SABRINA for making my experience the BEST!!!

    The Chick-fil-A' in Saraland switched from both sides of drive thru being for drive thru orders to one side being drive thru and the other side being for Mobile orders. This has created the wait time at Chick-fil-A, which used to be very fast, to signicantly slow down. The drive thru side now stretches to the street (when I go anyway) and the Mobile side is usually empty or near empty. Mobile orders should have parking spots. The key advantage of Chick-Fil-A, besides good food, was that you could always count on the drive through being quick. With that being said, the food is always delicious.

    Chick-fil-A gets a lot right systemically, which is exactly why this location stands out. The Mobile Thru lane — typically one of the brand’s most efficient innovations — took 13 minutes to reach the window on my visit. That’s not a bad day; multiple reviews here suggest it’s a pattern. For a concept built on throughput optimization, that’s worth investigating at the ops level. Service was functional but flat. The team in the Mobile Thru lane wasn’t disengaged — just not the warm, energetic experience CFA customers expect and other locations consistently deliver. Culture takes time to build, and this location is new, so there’s runway here. Three stars for now, with every expectation this improves. The brand standard is well established — this location just hasn’t matched it yet. Will revisit.
