The staff got my order out quick and everything was still hot when I opened the box. Simple place, good pizza, and friendly folks working there. - NMNate MerhoffAug 14, 20251.0Actually drove to the store to place my order in person as I had a special request that I wanted to confirm was heard correctly (just adding hot sauce onto the top of the pizza before going into the oven) only to be met with “so you want a hot sauce instead of pizza sauce” : “no, I want it made normal just with a little hot sauce cooked on top of it” .. “sorry I can’t put two sauces on the same pizza”… maybe this isn’t a big deal to most, but this is specifically my favorite pizza that the muscle shoals location makes for me just fine. I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

Finally was acknowledged to be told someone else would be waiting on me once they finished waiting on customers that had walked inside. Probably won't do that again at this location. I call at 6:45 pm and am on hold for nearly 8 minutes, which it is now 6:53 pm. They tell me it won't be out until another 30 min! No offer of a free pizza or anything for there mistake, just a excuse that they only have two drivers today. If this only happened once I wouldn't be here typing this, but this is a regular occurrence with them. WORD OF ADVICE, if you just crave papa johns, use a differ franchise location, which is in muscle shoals. At least til they can hire competent staff or better yet, a manager that knows how to run a pizza place.
