If ur at the counter, they don't even acknowledge u, don't say I'll be right with u. If busy with drive thru. They just look at and keep on walking. Its not a very friendly atmosphere, you almost never see them smiling or greet the customer with a friendly approach. Its not just Taco Bell, I've notice it with almost all the restaurants around Rogersville. It's not just employees, it's management also. They seem miserable & down. It seems like they want to bring customers down with them. That is while I don't dine in.
