  Didn't have the sauces on our order, my wife called and they told her we didn't order it but we did we always do .My understanding is the customer is always right when your in the service industry so anyway we won't eat there again and I wouldn't recommend it.

  I always order from Pizza Hut when we get pizza but tonight was super disappointing. I originally ordered the big dinner box with a thin crust pizza, hand tossed pizza, Alfredo pasta, and bread sticks. Right after I place the order they called to tell me their white sauce was frozen and asked what I’d like instead. I’m wondering why don’t they have any thawed already but I say just replace it with wings instead. So my husband brings the order home and we open the boxes and both pizzas look crazy. Cuts overlapping in places they shouldn’t be. The hand tossed sauce and cheese didn’t reach to the edge that it normally does. The crust looks dry and under cooked at the same time. Then as I’m eating the hand tossed pizza I see a string of blue fabric baked into the bottom of the pizza. So I’m like, whatever, maybe it’s fabric from a glove, and I pull it off and continue eating. The very next bite I take I pull a short hair out of my mouth. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be going back to this location.

  The way they treated me was borderline insane. I returned a pizza that had not been cut back to the counter. The lady took it back, and brought it back completely drenched in some kind of garlic sauce. She said she confused my order with someone else's and offered to make me a new pizza and throw in some free wings. I was a bit upset, but I figured I really didn't have any other options, so I waited an additional 20 minutes for her to correct the mistake. I finally took the pizza and wings from her and got in my car. I give my grandson the wings so he can munch on them as we drive back home, and get on my way. 2 minutes into the drive, my grandson says one of the wings was icy cold. I looked at it and it was PINK IN THE MIDDLE. I immediately stopped the car and checked the pizza, I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and what I got instead was thin crust with only cheese that STILL WAS NOT SLICED. I tried to go back and get a refund, but there was a different person at the counter. She said that since I didn't have the receipt THAT THE EMPLOYEE THREW AWAY WHEN I GAVE HER MY ORDER BACK, I couldn't get a refund. I have her quite an earful and she threatened to call the cops. The way I was treated was disgusting and I don't recommend ANYONE to go to this awful place 😡

  Tenzea was awesome! He apologized profusely for an accident and my pizza was made quickly after that. Excellent customer service!
