  Would rather drive from Foley to Robertsdale to get fresh food than to go to Foley & wait for something that should have been trashed before ordered. Foley location desperately needs help!

  Ordered French fries, 2 fish sandwiches, and 2 medium shakes. Only got half a carton of fries and they looked like the crumbs from bottom of bag. Told the waiter that I was unhappy with the amount of fries received and he said I'm not the cook. I asked him if he would be happy if he ordered and paid $2.59 for fries and only got half and he said no. I told him he should talk to the cook then because this reflects on the tip. He never offered to refund or to replace fries with full order. I'm not one to complain but blatantly getting robbed is pathetic. I eat Sonic often but will not be spending my $ to get robbed anymore. And yes I tipped the kid anyways.

  I placed an online order and pulled into a stall to wait. I ended up sitting here over 35 minutes. Drive through line is moving just fine, but not the ppl at the stalls. The only person running food told me, “Your food is done, but so is a lot of people’s.” That’s not okay. I ordered online specifically so I could get back to work on time, and now I’m going to be late returning from my lunch break. I also tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. No one answered the stall speaker either. Please get that kid some help and fix whatever is going on here.

  Went through drive through, ordered hot fudge sundaes. The fudge was so burnt we couldn't eat it. Took it back and got different sundaes. The staff made it right, but I would of thought they would have been able to smell the burnt hot fudge. I would have given them all 5, except I had to return.

  Staff is friendly and will serve you with a smile unlike the McDonald’s across street. They apologized the food would be a minute and chatted with me while it was finishing. The food was ready like 2 minutes maybe after they apologized. Something for the better has changed for this location!
