  Highly Understaffed and long wait time

  I placed an order for a large pepperoni hand tossed with peppers and onions. When I got there no one greeted me for about 5 minutes. After the man came over I told him I had a call in order. He said it will be a few more minutes. While I was waiting i was watching the young lady making the pizzas. She had no gloves on. Not one time did she wash her hands or put on any gloves. She opened the refrigerator, and I could see finger print smears on the refrigerator and she continued to grab pizza toppings without stopping. I watched the guy in the back box a pizza, and put it in the warmer. About 5 minutes later after I observe the lady making pizzas. I watched the guy open the same warmer grabbed the pizza from the same shelf then give it to me. I got into my truck, and looked at the pizza I ordered it was only cheese with peppers, and onions. The pizza is not what I ordered. The service was horrible, and after watching the unsafe practice I won't be back.

  Called for carry out ,they said 30 minutes I got there 10 minutes early and still waited 20 minutes thru the drive thru. I can understand why they are closing stores. Been PH kid all my life. Im 58 and it's finally come to going to another franchise. Poor,poor management.

  Got a tavern cut pizza, no tavern cut seasoning or square cut. They just gave me a thin crust pizza. Barely any cheesing amd extremely light on the toppings. Do better robertsdale, fairhope pizza hut is smoking you.

  Walked in this evening to pick up my carry out order. A female and male worker right in front of me, they never acknowledge I was even there. After about 7 mins I asked if they were going to say something. The female continued working and the male smiled finished what he was doing and then came over. How hard is it to be polite, greet customers? A simple “hello, we will be with in a minute” goes a long way. Regret that I tipped when I ordered online for that kind of service.
