If you go through the drive through be expecting to wait a minimum of 30-45 min. 2 people working on a Friday night is ridiculous when the order screen is slammed with orders and they're busting their butts doing everything to keep up and it's still not enough. This location needs help ASAP

Then proceeded to tell me one of the items I ordered on the app was discontinued and that I needed to call customer service and they “might” be able to refund me and shoved the bag at me without offering any substitutes or apologies. Was almost then late because the whole process took over 20 minutes.
