  It should not take 20 min in the dang drive thru!! What on earth is going on?!! Get it together! This is everytime I go here! So done with this place.

  I looked up what time they closed, which said 12am. So i ordered my food on the app which it only let me pick up from drive-thru. I got there a few minutes after ordering so was expecting a little wait time, but saw there was one on person in front of me in line. I saw employees walking in and out of the store taking trash out and walking around in the store. Then waiting 20 mins in line till the car moved forward, no one answered the mic. I then decided to call and see what to do cause at this point my food would have been cold. When the person answered they sounded confused on why someone was calling and I said i ordered online and been waiting for 20mins, they said they closed the grills 20 mins earlier and that there was only 2 people and said they close at 11pm. I asked what do and was just told to cancel the order. No one answered the mic, the knocks on the doors, or at the windows. Ive worked fast food and this is just not okay. If you work somewhere you should have enough respect to do the bare minimum. Do better, I hope my next visit will be better.

  Greeted by a cashier with a full mouth of food yay! Second, one piece of bacon on a BACON egg and cheese bagel. Third large ice coffee with no straw! I'm done with you Robertsdale McDonald's byeeeee

  This is by far the worse customer service ever!!! Supposedly they close at midnight. I pulled at 10 o'clock in the drive thru I was told to hold. I sat there for 15-20 mins no answer so pulled to the window and sat there for 5-10 mins then I knocked on the window still no one came to the window. I got a text telling me my online order was ready. I drive around the restaurant then I seen a worker standing by his car smoking. 👎

  I just went through the drive-thru there is a dude wearing a Jewish prayer scarf but he says he's a Christian anybody can wear it and he's wearing this over his uniform.
