  Service was PITIFUL!! The place was so nasty, the floors were so greasy and multiple almost fell on it. It smelt super bad also. The wait time was horrendous and uncalled for, (30mins) for 3 meals. The chicken and fries were hard and burnt. In conclusion I will not be eating here ever again, corporate definitely needs to step in.

  McDonald's in Robertsdale is the worst they never have anything and we went on New Year's at 10:47 and instead of the people saying they were closed they kept walkn by looking at us not saying anything including the manager...This McDonald's suck...

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Ate at this McDonald’s this evening and it was hands down the worst McDonald’s meal we’ve ever had. I thought our last bad experience at another location was rough, but this one sealed the deal — this will be the last McDonald’s we eat at. First, we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to order and no one ever came to help us, so we were forced to use the self-order kiosk (which I really dislike). We were the only customers eating inside, yet it still took over 20 minutes to get our food. It was very clear that the drive-through was the only priority. Waiting that long with little ones makes it feel even worse. When the food finally arrived, it was awful. Cold fries and buns so stale they literally fell apart. Completely unacceptable. McDonald’s used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but over the past few years the quality and service have gone downhill badly. This location just confirmed it. McDonald’s is officially off our list.

  The lady taking your order at the drive-thru is just going to talk over you the entire time you're ordering, not listen to what you actually ordered and then ring you up for stuff that you did not order. Ask for one meal and an additional Coke and because she would not listen to what I was saying and decided she needed to speak over me the entire time she then charged me for an additional meal and couldn't bother to make sure we had straws for our drinks. Absolutely terrible customer service get this woman off of the drive thru.

  This is the worst location. Waited 10 minutes to have someone take our order via the drive through. Gave them the mobile code 3 times. On my app it said they received the code yet the person taking my order said it wasn’t working. Lasted another 5 minutes for her to say nope didn’t work even though the app said code received. Proceed to place the order for them to be sold out of nuggets. Okay find alternatives pull forward. I waited 30 minutes with zero movement with 3 cars in front of me. We finally get some movement with one car, then 15 minutes later the next car. Another 10 minutes and finally it’s my turn. She had the food in her hands and says they’re out of drinks I ordered what else do I want. I order something else. She sets the food down and disappears into the back and is gone. She just disappeared. I drive off. This is the absolute worst location. I honestly do not know how they are still open. When you do get your food, it is cold with half filled fry containers and terrible attitude from certain workers. There’s only ever 2-5 people working. Just shut it down to let something else be built there. If you do manage to get ahold of customer service to complain they never respond after the initial response of how can we help you.
