  Just left the drive-thru at this location, having ordered two bacon breakfast burritos. I sat at the speaker a few minutes before even being acknowledged, then she sounded like she got annoyed when I raised my voice after she asked me to repeat my order (to ensure she heard me the second time, not out of anger). She became extremely short at this point, and the burritos I ordered, while I guess still technically burritos by definition, were a joke (see photos). This seems like retribution to me. The kids this place hires have some of the worst attitudes and work ethic I've ever seen.

  This is our 2nd visit to Sonic Rainsville Al. We have gotten the New Smash Burger Combos which @ $6 for a Burger, Side, Drink is an absolute Deal!!! At the Rainsville location, They cook the best Hot, Fresh, and Delicious “ Smash Burgers” You need to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

  During our visits, the drive-through attendants have often appeared rude. While the food is generally satisfactory, the slow service and lack of enthusiasm from the staff are noticeable. It seems to be an inconvenience for them to do their jobs.

  Here I was thinking Sonic in rainsville had gotten so much better. So disappointed tonight. Did an online order. Didn't realize that the soft pretzel sticks don't come with cheese dip anymore. Called back in and Asked for two cups. Whole $0.65 and sat in the parking lot another 5 minutes. No one ever brings them out. It's not like you got to cook it. You literally pull it off a shelf and walk it out to me. Nothing so over it!!!
