- MFMy Beta fish2 days ago1.0The night shift is genuinely the WORST I went the other night and got two grilled cheese burritos and they decided to leave out the rice and add zero cheese to the burrito lol and then tonight I go through the drive thru to grab another grilled burrito and the cheese on the outside wasn't even melted it was cold I've worked fast food I understand but my god it can't be that hard....without even leaving the parking lot I called and spoke to a guy who was a manager and he informed me that I needed a receipt even though the guy at the window didn't give me one and I was told "we give them to every customer" and then as the burrito is sitting in my lap asks for a bank statement or another proof of purchase as of this burrito isn't sitting in my lap so I just said whatever and left idk what's going on but they really need to crack down on this nighttime shift because this is insane

My friend had to call a name out for them because they just slung the bag onto the counter without saying anything. All of our orders were wrong and I couldn't even get there attention to get the sauces I needed since they didn't stock them. Trash everywhere. Tables not wiped down. Nothing enjoyable about my visit.

- BWBlair WitchOct 18, 20251.0I’m absolutely dissatisfied with my experience here, they were so lazy and pissed off at me for simply asking them to do their job, all I did was ask them to make me a taco because they forgot it and I’m met with the most rudest attitude ever, they’re so lazy they didn’t even wrap my taco up and it taco-planted on the damn dirty table, speaking of the table it was dirty as was the seat, I’m pretty sure half the ingredients are on the damn floor to be honest, trash cans are full and god I don’t wanna talk bout the bathroom
