- ADAlyssa DanielleDec 12, 20251.0I had ordered pizza off the app and ordered a TAVERN pizza. Opened the box after I had gotten home and not only is half of it burnt, it's a regular thin crust pizza. So I had my husband call them (on speaker phone). All I wanted was for my pizza to be remade. Upon answering the phone and hearing about the problem, the guy on the phone immediately goes "sir, you do know a thin crust pizza and a tavern pizza are like the same thing, right?" I told him no it is not. He sat there and argued with me for a minute and we kept telling him that no. A tavern pizza is NOT the same as a thin crust. Otherwise there wouldn't be two different options. I even tried to tell him I'd screenshot the description for him and send it to him to show him what a tavern pizza is, but before I could even get that out he cuts me off saying "were not gonna have an attitude here, we're gonna act respectful, if you don't start being respectful I'm not making your pizza" for one, you cant do that. I've paid for a pizza, you are obligated to give it to me by law or you are required to give me a refund. Secondly, I didn't have an attitude. Literally ALL I said was that I wanted my pizza remade and that it was supposed to be tavern, not thin crust. So he decided to talk to me like I'm a damn child, im surprised he was hired with the lack of customer service skills he holds. But I didn't want to escalate it anymore, so we literally apologized and said okay please just give us our pizza. He said he would (not very nicely) and so we drove there to get it. As soon as my husband walked in to the restaurant, he goes "in the oven" and I know that sentence alone is not rude, but the way he said it was. After that, even after he gave us the pizza and my husband apologized again to try and difuse his attitude, he wouldn't say a single word to us. Not goodbye. Not have a good night. Not even a thank you after WE apologized for what HE had done. Btw, before we even OPENED that box, we could SMELL that it was a different pizza. Not only was it not burnt like the last one, it was an ENTIRELY different pizza. Hence why I ordered a tavern pizza and not a thin crust pizza. This place is WAY too overpriced for the lack of accountability and respect the employees seem to have. I'll take my business to domino's lmfao I ain't putting up with that bs over some overpriced pizza ever again 🤣 my fault ig
