    Genuinely one of the worst McDonald's I've EVER had the displeasure of attending...I've lived around this area since 2015 and somehow it just keeps getting worse and worse the service is awful and Everytime I go something on my order is messed up just save your time and go to henagar or fort Payne

    Forgot half of my order and just chucked fries in my bag making a mess. I took the bag, looked inside, and it appeared right excluding the scattered fries. When I got home I saw that they forgot parts of my order. This is a continuous thing that happens with this specific restaurant. The workers act like they don’t care. They don’t verify and just go on like normal. I was charged for food that I didn’t receive. That is theft. I will make sure the next worker that screws up knows they screwed up. Absolutely ridiculous and poor staff management.

    The food is like everywhere one...I order my food and as I was walking back up there i heard them talking about my order because I ordered it with light Mao and pickles I just think the could do better I had to do my order like that . If they don't like there job by gosh quit someone else will work

    Paid 5$ Bought frozen cokes. They took my money. Then told me the machine was down. Instead of refunding me “because they can’t” (their words not mine) they gave me normal drinks instead. 2.18$ purchase for FIVE DOLLARS INSTEAD. I would’ve just bought drinks if I wanted them. Not what I wanted. The service actually sucks. I WOULD NOT HAVE paid 5$. Got dodged by managers. We’ll be filing a dispute on our card.

    Not able to get a milkshake.Main reason took my grandson. Also out of milk for his happy meal.I gave in to sprite and really don't like to give him soda at all. Dirty tables and lobby. Put pickles on my burger when ordered none. Very frustrating time.
