Took 30+ minutes to get 2 small spicy chicken sandwich meals (they were not busy at all and it was 9:04pm when we ordered). After realizing we'd already waited 30 mins and still hadn't got our food my husband decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Turns out they had a new girl handing out orders wrong. They gave us two ice creams, told us they'd upgrade our fries to larges and cooked the food fresh at no extra charge We finally got our food at 9:48pm. I give them a 3 overall bc I do love Wendy's food and I can understand messing up when you're new and they handled it very well when he went to check
