There were only 2 people working and they were both silent ...no greeting customers, no pleasantries and no smiles. They threw our food on the counter. We waited a very long time to get our food and drinks even though there was no one else in the store. Very disappointing experience and won't be back

Mobile talked to us, other guests weren’t greeted or acknowledged, our food, when ready, was thrown onto the counter and the worker walked away. Very rude and unprofessional atmosphere. Won’t be visiting the Rainbow City location again.

If you are thinking about going to get coffee or breakfast i would definitely go to this Dunkin !
