  I've been a customer of this restaurant for years, and I've always received good service until today. At this particular location, after hours of travel, the first thing you expect is a good welcome. From the entrance, most of the tables and chairs were unavailable. The staff didn't even greet me, not even asking how I can help you (the older one), and he seemed indifferent to understanding what I wanted to eat because English isn't my first language. I repeated this several times. Although I tried to make myself understood, and of course I understood what he was saying to the younger guy in a dismissive way, the younger guy finished serving the food, throwing it around carelessly and behaving arrogantly. I asked him not to put mustard on one of the sandwiches, and he did it anyway. It was truly a very unpleasant experience. I hope the managers of this store protect their customers from this type of employee, especially since it's located inside a major gas station that I particularly like to stop at when I travel.   With no customers ahead of me and nobody out front at the time, I still received a prompt and friendly greeting just seconds after I arrived, without having to ring any bells for service. My sandwich was prepared quickly and efficiently, and it tasted great! Will definitely return.

  There was this African American lady that was giving me a mood tone and would make the order way harder than it was, I have poor English so I understand if people don’t understand me but you could at least be mature and cooperate with me, my English isn’t that bad, you can understand me but she was treating me like if I was a big deal and would make me repeat my self over and over while another lady only had to hear me once and she knew what I meant, and she would treat the other lady very mean, the other lady was short and had curly puffy hair and you could notice that she is new to the job p
