  I ordered food around 11:30 p.m. on 04/02/2026 and showed up about 10 minutes later, only to find the doors locked and the lights off even though this place is supposedly open until 1:00 a.m. I could see a young employee inside, and he looked directly at me while I was trying to get his attention, then just walked off into the back and disappeared. A few minutes later, I heard a car start behind the store and saw him leave in a gray Challenger. So I guess the kid decided to throw a tantrum, walk out, and screw over everybody who ordered food. If that’s how this place handles business, that’s pathetic. Completely unprofessional, a waste of time, and I won’t be ordering from here again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  Complaining about soda doesn’t seem like a really big deal until you factor in lack of common sense. Today, Thursday 26 Feb 2026 an order was placed that included 3 Coca-Colas… and I was given what you see in the picture. Granted, I should have checked. But come on bruh, who was the genius at the Prattville, AL location that served these Cokes? I bet his or her thought process was like: “Yeah, the consistency and color of these sodas are top-notch. I should totally quit my job here and be a full time Soda Jerk.” *Takes a test sip* “Mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!! Better flavor than the free samples at the Atlanta Coke museum!” Prattville WingStop, in all seriousness, I know it’s just soda, but that was uncalled for. I was even hoping for a mistake thinking it was ginger ale but no, just carbonated water with a pathetic splash of Coke syrup. Well, I narrowed down the date this took place at your restaurant. You can pretty much pinpoint who in your restaurant has extraordinary soda serving skills.

  I was in there last week , the cute Mexican girl was very polite, the girl with the glasses was very loud and very rude and the shift manager with the nails and loud girl were making fun of the girl on the front and I haven't seen her there since , this is not the first time I have heard them two cussing and making fun of people I will not be back and will make sure I tell people how this place is when they get rid of these two rude cussing employees I may consider coming back , but definitely not until loud one and manager with the fake eyelashes and are gone for good
