Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- PHPatrick HesterApr 5, 20261.0We have been to this location multiple times and they have never once gotten an order correct, even when the order has been just a large sweet tea and large fry. If there are more than 2 cars in the parking lot you will be there for a minimum of 25 minutes to get a Togo order. Save yourself time and aggravation and just drive north 25 minutes to the Clanton Al location and you can still be back to Prattville in a faster time with correct food.

Due to how often I visit, quite a few employees know me by name and that makes my visits more enjoyable. Cashier #96 Zariya was my cashier today and I just want to thank her and her teammates for brightening my day each visit when they say “Hey Ms. Bird”.
- HMHannah McCroryMar 26, 20261.0Terrible experience. Walked in and there was only one person ordering ahead of us. Dining room was empty. We waited almost an hour for our food. It appeared that an employee was on break and eating during this time, but we saw nothing come out of the kitchen until they had gone back to work. Eventually, it filled up with customers and a group of 10 that got there way after us all received their food before we did. When we finally received our order, we were missing parts of our meal and it was cold. Also, it was clear none of the tables had been wiped off either. Overall, terrible customer service and a very mediocre burger.
- CCCourtneyMar 24, 20265.0Our family visited this location on our way to the beach and it was extremely delightful! Staff greeted us immediately upon entering and everyone was so nice. They were out of chocolate shakes, but the staff definitely made up for it with a delicious strawberry shakes, which I surprisingly liked even more (my new go-to now). The food was amazing and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. We will definitely be back!

I think the staff here has great customer service and food quality but I want to give a special shoutout to Mimi (one of the employees) for her personable personality and consistent work ethic. Also thank you to who makes my taquitos, they are delicious.
